Megan Lewis has spent over 20 years working with young people and the adults who educate and inspire them. She has been a classroom teacher and grade level coordinator at the John Thomas Dye School. She has managed projects and facilitated many groups while empowering educators as agents of change to achieve creative solutions that align with strategic goals. Megan has expertise in instructional coaching in all areas, with a particular skillset for both early literacy and gifted and talented education. Recent projects include: K-2 Center Based Early Literacy, Science of Reading Coaching and Implementation, K-6 DEIB Design, Equity in Assessment, Vertical Curriculum Alignment, and Optimizing Employee Benefits.
Her passion for improving school outcomes through a tailored instructional approach comes from her many years of successfully facilitating curricular and instructional change.
Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children, cooking, and being outside whenever she can.
Over the course of her twenty-five years in education, Marisa Soulios has served in a variety of educational roles ranging from classroom teacher at The Buckley School in New York, NY, to Middle School Principal in both New York and California as well as the Assistant Head of School at The Hamlin School and The John Thomas Dye School. All of these professional experiences afforded her opportunities to focus on strategic planning and implementation.
Her passion for professional development and learning inspired her to fulfill instructor positions as part of the Bay Area Teacher Training Initiative at the University of the Pacific, The CATDC and her private client practice. Recent projects include: Equity in Learning, Across Teams Technology, Co-Teaching, Student Success Models and Leadership Team Realignment.
In addition to developing her professional interests, Marisa enjoys spending time with her family, watching and playing sports, reading, hiking and practicing yoga.
